My daughter loves this thing. It actually seems to be well made. I purchased a small for my petite 10 year old and it fits as expected. I don't think she'll grow out of it for a couple of years, but it's also not to baggy to hinder her movement.

I wore this to the daycare that I work at for Halloween and the kids absolutely loved it! It was super comfortable and soft, and could easily be worn over my regular clothes which made it easy to take on and off as needed for messier work!
