6. What is the mailing method and when can I receive the goods?

We mainly have three Shipping Methods:

• Express Shipping: 3-5 business days (FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT) - $20
• Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days (EMS) - $12
• Economy Shipping: 7-15 business days (USPS) - $8

We generally ship within 24 hours, ordering shipments daily in the order.

The specific delivery time will vary depending on the product and your region. Our express delivery will try our best to serve you as fast as possible.

 

7. I want to change the order information.

Change the product: Before the product is shipped out, please contact our email [email protected] to modify. If the goods have been shipped out, you can receive the goods and contact us by email at [email protected] to inquire about the return details and return it.

8. I want to cancel the order.

9. I want to return/exchange.

If you are not satisfied with the goods, please contact us within 3 days after receiving the goods ([email protected]), send your order number to us and explain the product problem, provide photo evidence, we will arrange for you to return Cargo service.

However, please pay special attention!

(1) We can only accept the return of new unused products and defective products caused by non-customer reasons, and do not accept unauthorised returns.
