1. If you want to cancel the order:

We can understand that you need to cancel the order temporarily due to some circumstances, so please contact us ([email protected]) within 24 hours and send us your order number.

The specific criteria are as follows:

(1) Within 24 hours, and the goods are not packaged: we will refund you the full amount.

(2) If the goods have been packaged within 24 hours, they are not sent: we need to deduct 20% of the package fee and refund it to you.

(3) If the goods have been shipped within 24 hours: Sorry, we are unable to cancel the order for you, I hope you understand.

(4) More than 24 hours: Sorry, we can't cancel the order for you, because our products will be packaged and shipped within 24 hours. The goods have been shipped and cannot be cancelled. I hope you can understand us. After receiving the goods, you can contact us if you have any questions. We are happy to serve you.


2. If you need to return:

If you are not satisfied with the goods, please contact us within 3 days after receiving the goods ([email protected]), send your order number to us and explain the product problem, provide photo evidence, we will arrange for you to return Cargo service.

However, please pay special attention!

(1) We can only accept the return of new unused products and defective products caused by non-customer reasons, and do not accept unauthorised returns.

(2) The freight generated in the return process needs to be borne by the customer. To exchange the goods, you need to make up the shipping cost that we will send back to you. The refund will be refunded after deducting the postage fee.
